In this entry-level inside sales position, you will work in a team environment to manage and exceed budget in a growing and dynamic territory. The territory may consist of academic, clinical, and biotech partners, research laboratories etc.

Manage and maintain current business.

Provide service and technical support for customers.
- Troubleshoot and solve Pulp and Paper problems for customers.

- Build strategic relationships with our customers.

- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

- Grow business through new sales.

Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, the Manager in this positions is accountable for managing and exceeding territory budget in the Safety products division.

He/she oversees production from the territory; develops and implements action plans to increase customer base, volume and market presence.

He/she will also be responsible for his/her own territory.
The Western Safety Sales Supervisor plans, organizes, implements sales objectives for the region and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives.

This entails working with and supervising a team of field account representatives in prospecting, gathering competitive information, making formal presentations, and ultimately leading the incremental sales volumes. The successful candidate will also be involved in coordinating budgets, forecasts and reports on product and pricing trends.
